Terms of use

Using Fantasy Formbook

These terms describe use of Fantasy Formbook's website, tools and optional alerts. Contact Fantasy Formbook at support@fantasyformbook.com about these terms. Fantasy Formbook is independent of the Premier League and Fantasy Premier League.

Football information and your decisions

Forecasts, estimates and editorial interpretations are uncertain. They do not guarantee points, starts, minutes, fitness or selection. Data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. Historical press-conference patterns are monitoring estimates, not confirmation of a future appointment. Check dates, source links, remaining unknowns and official news before acting.

You remain responsible for transfers, lineups, captaincy and chip decisions on the official FPL service. Formbook does not submit changes for you. Check imported players, selling prices, bank and free transfers before requesting advice. Public FPL picks can lag private changes made since the last deadline.

Alerts and saved plans

Reviewed squad-news alerts are available through configured email and Telegram channels after confirmation or linking. Delivery depends on relevant reviewed news, your public squad, preferences, provider availability and valid advice dates. We do not promise every breaking story or instant delivery. Pre-deadline digests and saved-plan change notices are email features. Unsubscribe using an alert's private link. Do not share confirmation, preferences or unsubscribe links.

Saved plans use a private browser session. Keep an export if you need a backup; clearing cookies or session expiry can remove access. The service may apply reasonable usage limits to keep tools available.

Responsible use and third-party material

Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, impersonate another person, access private sessions, bypass access controls or overload the service. Supply only contact details and images you are entitled to use. Do not upload passwords or sensitive personal information. Football data, names, logos, photos and linked material remain subject to their respective owners' rights. See Media credits and Sources & method for attribution. No wider reuse licence is granted by these terms. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability, charges and limits

The current tools and optional alerts are free to use. A future paid feature must disclose its price and terms before purchase; signup for free alerts is not a payment authorization. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or recovery of every stored draft. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

The optional odds area is for adults where lawful. It is informational, not a promise of winnings. Affiliate links, where used, may earn a commission and do not change the forecasts. Never gamble money you cannot afford to lose.

Questions or complaints should go to support@fantasyformbook.com. Material changes will be published with an updated date.
